Wayan

Wayan

  • Comfortable air-conditioned car.
  • English-speaking driver.
  • Driver carries a mobile phone.
  • Many of the places are described in detail in our book ‘Secrets of Bali’. If you wish you can buy individual chapters as Word documents.
  • These are suggestions only – feel free to vary them if you want - just let us know in advance.
  • Beware of drivers touting on the street. We don’t recommend them at all.

Tours

For the Tours

  • Book as much in advance as possible.
  • Bring a sarong and sash, which you need to enter Balinese temples. You can buy them at Murni’s Warung Shop.
  • Entrance tickets charged at cost – bring small amounts of cash.
  • We will stop for lunch and drinks. Meals not included.
  • Expect the unexpected: it's often the best: a temple ceremony, a procession, a gamelan rehearsal, coffee in a café with a fantastic view.
  • Stop any time you feel like it and enjoy.
  • It’s good to leave about 8.30 – 9 am.
  • Bring your camera and sun block.
