Murni's Villa 3 has four
bedrooms, three bathrooms, two en suite, a large kitchen, a
very large living room, and a shared laundry room. 
The living room has three entrance doors from north, west and east, marble floors throughout, ceiling fans, five rattan armchairs, a rattan sofa, a dining table with four chairs, and two small glass-topped tables.
There is an antique Chinese wedding bed with cushions and pillows.
There is a separate L-shaped sofa area to relax in.
There is a television with satellite reception (CNN, BBC World, radio programs, etc) and a DVD, VCD and CD player. There is a small bathroom off the living room and space under the stairs for storage.
The master bedroom has a king-sized double bed, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fan, and two rosewood cabinets with drawers. There are large windows to the north and west and beautiful views of terraced paddy fields and forested hills.
There is an antique table on the way in.
There is a large en suite bathroom with tiled walls, a shower, a large vanity area with a counter and large mirror, space enough for two, a toilet - and a ceiling fan to keep you cool.
The bathroom has spacious cupboards for clothes with 10 internal lights, shelves and an easy-to-operate electronic safe.
KITCHEN
There is a very roomy kitchen off the living room. It has ruby granite surfaces, an oven, extractor, burner, fridge freezer, built in microwave, plenty of kitchen cabinets and drawers and a clock.
There are large windows to the north with beautiful views of the forested hills.

BEDROOM 3
The large third bedroom has a queen-sized double bed, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fan, a rosewood cupboard, an antique Dutch dressing table and a smaller rosewood table and chair. There are large windows to the north and beautiful views of terraced paddy fields.
BEDROOM 4
The large fourth bedroom has a queen-sized double bed, bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fan, and a low rosewood cupboard. There are large windows to the north and beautiful views of terraced paddy fields.
This antique hornbill keeps a beady eye on things.
