Balinese Gamelan Lessons

The instruments of a Balinese gamelan orchestra are mainly percussive and comprise gongs, metallophones and gong chimes.

 

In addition, there are drums, flute and lute.

We can arrange lessons for guests staying at Murni’s Houses.

No experience is necessary. Lessons are tailor-made. You can chose your instrument.

1 person alone can do but you may be able to join a class if other people are booked in.

We will call the gamelan teacher for you, check availability and reserve the places. The location is only about 5 minutes’ walk away.

You pay them direct. Note that prices can change.
